For Foreign Nationals from Visa-free countries
1. Valid passport at least 6 mos.
2. (OHP) One Health Pass
3. Negative PCR Test within 48hrs. or Antigen Test taken within 24 hrs. prior to departure ( NO hand written allowed)
4. Return/onward ticket not later than 30days from the date of arrival
5. Proof of vaccination-must be fully vaccinated
6.Travel Medical Insurance- must show the following ( hard copy)
a. Name of the passenger
b. Coverage amount ( minimum of US$35,000.00)
